By accessing or using the website at flore.store or engaging Flora Web Development's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Flora Web Development provides web design, web development, e-commerce, SEO, and related digital services. All services are subject to a separate project agreement or statement of work, which will take precedence over these general terms in the event of any conflict.

2. Payments & Fees

• All fees are agreed in writing prior to project commencement
• A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion before delivery of files
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month

3. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive full ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project. Flora Web Development retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio. Any third-party tools, fonts, plugins, or stock assets remain subject to their respective licences.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback, content, and approvals as requested
• Ensure any content provided does not infringe third-party rights
• Maintain backups of their own data and files
• Keep login credentials secure and confidential

5. Revisions & Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes will be quoted separately. Requests for significant scope changes after project commencement may require a new agreement.

6. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. Delays caused by late client feedback, content delivery, or third-party services are not the responsibility of Flora Web Development. We will communicate proactively about any delays on our end.

7. Limitation of Liability

Flora Web Development's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days' written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly. Deposits are non-refundable unless Flora Web Development is in material breach of the agreement.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of a project. This does not apply to information that is publicly available or independently known.

10. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of competent courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
